1. Items listed on our website other than those specifically stated can be returned within a period, of 14 days  from the date of purchase.


2. **Condition of Items**: Products typically need to be in unused and original condition, including packaging, tags, and accessories.


3. Please return items in secure manneror so that the delivery service can collect, failure to do so will result in any additional charges we incurred being passed over to the customer 


4. **Refund Method**: Refunds are usually processed to the original payment method, and the time it takes for the refund to reflect may vary.


5. **Exclusions**: Certain items may be non-returnable, such as personalized products, clearance items, or opened software. These will be highlighted under (further details below the product)

7. We will only offer an exchange if we have the stock available otherwise we will not be able to offer this service.
